The C SERIES Pump is double acting hydraulic cylinder actuated piston pump, widely used for pumping cement grout, mortar, bentonite, chemical and other slurries in the construction, tunneling and mining industries.

The available models are C300, C350 and C500. These pumps are designed and built for reliability, durability and easy maintenance. The variable controls allow operators to control and choose the flow rate and pressure. The high quality material used in the pump components gives a very long service life.

Various options for the range of pressure and flow are achievable by changing the hydraulic cylinder and pump piston of various diameter sizes. (Refer to Pressure Charts). These pumps are used in numerous difficult jobs for micro pile, ground anchor, tunnels, dams, soil consolidation, deep soil mixing columns and general pumping requirements.

The C series Pumps had been used in demanding jobs that required delivery of grout to locations with restricted access that are 500m high and locations as far as 1.5km into the tunnel. It has also been proven in the field application to be able to maintain a set pressure of up to 30 minutes, especially effective for compaction grouting, packer grouting and pile toe grouting jobs.

It is also designed to handle grout/mortar mixture of very high viscosity - mixing ratios up to 1:2:2 (Water : Cement : Sand)
