TM TURBO MIXER
TM series of Turbo Mixer is a compact yet fully integrated Turbo Mixer complete with Water Measuring Tank and Agitator Tank.

Such Mixers are most suitable for job sites with restricted access or limited deployment space like tunnel construction site.

Though we can produce the mixers in capacities specified by customers, the standard production capacities are TM350-WA, TM500-WA & TM1000-WA. The letters in the model represents W as water tank and A as Agitator

FEATURES
• TM Turbo Mixer is consisted of a tank with conical bottom, electric motor driven impeller
unit, water inlet, mixer inlet and outlet.
• Vertically mounted mixer rotor shaft built with special steel to withstand high speed
rotation of 1550rpm coupled with the impeller pump delivers a fast and homogenous
colloidal mix of grout.
• Special water measuring tank with mechanism to set the desired volume of water for each
mix.
• Agitator tank with electric motor powered rotating shaft to maintain the mix so that it may
not set.
• The unit is built on rugged steel skid frame.
• Foot step and working platform for operator to access and work safely on the mixer
• Electrical control panel with button controls.

ADVANTAGES
1) Special Water Tank with measuring mechanism enables accurate mix.
2) High speed motor impeller pump with conical bottom mixer tank ensures proper mix and thus minimizing segregation or formation of air pockets in the mixture.
3) The compact design enables easy transportation and is ready for use at site by connecting to electric power source.
