grouting requires
special drilling rods
coupled with nozzles and
high pressure (200~400
bars) pumps. Consistency
in mix and achieving
designed diameter is
always a challenge to
the contractors.
Our Swing Blade Augers
are designed to achieve
the above criteria at a
much lower cost and
higher efficiency. Using
swing blades with
nozzles allow cutting
and mixing of soil with
lower operating pressure
of only 30~40 bars.
Consistency in mix and
diameter is enhanced due
to the blades which mix
as well as cut.
Surrounding soil are
also less disturbed due
to smaller diameter hole
made in the penetration
phase. In the mixing
phase, the column can be
formed as a continuous
column or columns with
partial depth.
As the edge of the swing
blades are made of
special material for
cutting, it is suitable
for construction of
contiguous columns.
